San Jose Stamp Club 1977 Peralta Adobe Facsimile US Stamp

Prooflike 114mm x 95mm sheetlet bearing the design fror a US stamp commemorating the bi-anniversaries of San Jose, CA (1777-1977) and the San Jose Stamp Club (1927-1977). The 49mm x 29.5mm design uses a drawing of the Peralta Adobe, the last remaining structure from El Pueblo de San Jose de Guadalupe in a frame similar to that of the 1927 Burgoyne campaign stamp (Scott #644).
